Today's top ten most punctual carriers compiled according to the Federal Air Transport Agency for 2013. Among the outsiders were VIM-AVIA and Kogalymavia, whose share of delayed flights is 22% and 15%, respectively.

One of the largest air carriers in Russia is not only punctual, but also safe. In the world reliability rating of airlines, Transaero takes 16th place. The share of delays on company flights is 2.67%, while for the 9 months of the previous year alone, 8,494,400 passengers used Transaero's services.
4. Aeroflot
One of the 10 largest air carriers in Russia delays 2.35% of flights, while 0.52% of flights are delayed for 6 or more hours. Aeroflot planes fly to 52 countries. About 18 million passengers use the airline's services during the year.
3. Vladivostok Air
The share of delays on company flights is 2.08%. Airplanes operate flights in Russia and in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. In the near future, the company will be integrated with the Far Eastern Airlines being created by OJSC Aeroflot.

The share of delays on flights of this major airline is 1.95%. For the year, more than 4 million passengers use the services of "Russia". The company's planes make flights to airports in Russia, the CIS, as well as dozens of foreign countries.
1. Siberia
The most punctual airline in Russia delays 1.73% of flights. Aircraft under the S7 Airlines brand are based in Moscow Domodedovo and Novosibirsk Tolmachevo. All Siberia flights are operated only on Airbus and Boeing. About 6 million passengers use the airline's services for the year.
